The new website looks very grand! We hope it is not too long before we come to see you again and maybe even enjoy the full Il Poggiolo experience! Hope you are both doing well. Christopher is having the time of his life at Spannocchia. Thanks so much to Allen for the reference. He's hoping to go to Dario Cecchetti (butcher) for a time.
