Il Poggiolo Tuscany is pleased to offer superior accommodations at reasonable rates. Reservations are accepted for periods ranging from a few days up to 3 months.

RATES:

Weekly rentals: are calculated according to the accommodation selected and the number of guests.  Rates start at  minimum euros 1000/week to maximum euros 1500/week  (Saturday to Saturday preferred).

Weekends (and sojourns of three days or less) are payable in advance.  Please note: minimim stay varies according to season. Weekends are not available from 1 November – 15 April.

Per night : double/twin room: 150 – 200 euros/night – single room: 75 – 100 euros/night.

Discounts for stays of two weeks or more.

Discounts for children age 12 and under.

Sabbatical and Long term rates:
Advantageous terms for longer stays. Please do not hesitate to ask for further information.

Additional and Included Fees:

  • All linens (bed, bath, kitchen) are provided.
  • All taxes and utilities are included. Due to the high cost of fuel in Italy, a daily surcharge will be charged for heating in the winter and early spring : 1 November-15 April. This surcharge is calculated according to real use (individual meter) and averages between €8 and €12/day. Heating will never be charged in excess of €15/day.
  • Final cleaning included, and weekly cleaning and change linens for sojourns of 2 weeks or more.
  • Sabbatical rentals of 1 month or more subject to a supplement for final deep-cleaning.
  • Internet access (WI-FI) available – guests must bring their own computer and register with owners for access.

    • Important Notes

    • Il Poggiolo is pleased to provide an allergy-sensitive environment. In this light, we must maintain a strict smoke-free, pet-free rule. Guests may, of course, smoke anywhere outside the house. We request that guests do not bring any animals. Guests who do arrive with animals will not be permitted to check in, and will forfeit their reservation deposit
    • You will need an automobile for your stay at Il Poggiolo.

    Reservation and Cancellation Policy

    Reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit made with credit card via Paypal within 7 calendar  days of reservation to confirm booking (a 5% paypal surcharge applies). Alternately, an international bank transfer is accepted (+3.5% surcharge for transactions outside of the EU).

    Cancellation: The deposit is not refundable; we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses.

    Balance of payment : Guests wishing to pay in advance may do so up to 60 calendar days before arrival.  Alternatively, balance of payment is due upon arrival, when keys are handed over. Please note: personal checks are not accepted, and we are not yet able to accept credit cards on site.

    Privacy Statement: Information provided to Il Poggiolo at time of information request, booking, or check-in will be treated in full accordance with Italian Legislation (Privacy Act) Article 7, 196/2003.
