Il Poggiolo offers a choice of two independent, tastefully decorated and fully-equipped lodgings, with gardens and stunning views of the hills of the Valdarno, the Valdambra, and the foothills of the Apennine Mountains in central Italy. The spacious units have been beautifully maintained. Booked together, the two accommodations are perfect for family reunions or groups of friends, hosting up to 11 adults and 2-3 children.

Il Poggiolo is ideal for smart-working, as a country get-away, for couples, groups of friends, family holidays and reunions, writers and artists, and academics on sabbatical. There is NO POOL (= no pool noise), just peaceful nature, and Tuscan landscapes. It is scrupulously allergy-sensitive, pet-free and smoke-free.

Casa Colonica (4+1 Guests)
This spacious apartment was originally the “Padronale” section of a traditional Tuscan villa (18th century). Features large private garden, panoramic views and spectacular sunsets over the Valdarno.
Fienile (5+1 Guests)
This independent cottage was once an historic barn (now completely renovated). It features its own private garden and patio, with unforgettable vistas over the Tuscan hills.
