CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of national/international pandemic restrictions that impede travel to il Poggiolo Tuscany, 100% reimbursement. Il Poggiolo Tuscany adheres to intermediary site conditions, booking fees and cancellation terms for online reservations via VRBO/ Home Away, Airbnb, Booking.com and their affiliates.
Cancellation terms for direct booking with il Poggiolo Tuscany: Cancellation 31 days (or more) before scheduled arrival date 100% reimbursement. Cancellation 30 days (or less) before scheduled arrival date, 25% of rental fee retained as an indemnity.
Il Poggiolo Tuscany recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or financial losses due to trip cancellation.
Additionals:
The Comune di Bucine Imposta di Soggiorno (Sojourn Tax) of €1.50/night per person (children age 11 and under exempted) is now in effect and will be charged upon arrival. The maximum number of nights it can be applied is 4 (four).
Please note : guests are responsible for taking their own garbage and recycling to the appropriate bins in the Comune of Bucine (numerous bins between 500 and 2000 mt. from house)
