Il Poggiolo Tuscany adheres to intermediary site conditions, booking fees and cancellation terms for online reservations via VRBO/ Home Away, Airbnb, Booking.com and their affiliates. Cancellation terms for direct booking with il Poggiolo Tuscany: Cancellation 31 days (or more) before scheduled arrival date 100% reimbursement. Cancellation 30 days (or less) before scheduled arrival date, 25% of rental fee retained as an indemnity. Il Poggiolo Tuscany recommends that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or financial losses due to trip cancellation.
